This is something that a company like Boeing will be doing constantly and in huge detail. Definitely doesn’t mean it’s foolproof, though!
Thanks all for the suggestions. Made some improvements and progress to reduce probability of many stalled servos. Found some PCA9685 driver boards without any mosfets vulnerable to burnout. Bought bunch of spare Servos, but hoping the code tweaks will be enough to avoid too many dead pixels …
