Bit Advice for Clean Finish Cuts?

Currently the 3mm spiral carbide bit tends to tear the MDF tests upward.

My objective is to prefinish some wood (say, airbrushing TransFast dyes on Maple) and then CNC a QR code out of it.

What would be a good bit for this? I’m OK with paying for high quality stuff. (bonus: feed/speed tips to avoid burning the wood)

Above: Maple I’d like to dye & carve a QRCode & logo into

Above: MDF tests w/ black gesso. The cleaner ones were lightly sanded to remove fuzzies.

You should use a down cut bit if you dont want the skin peels
