Assembling the trucks, calculater gives 34 (x2) and 30.25 (x2). Do these need to be exact or can they be longer, and if so how much longer?
I was able to cut 4, 36 in pieces, do I need to trim them down or does it matter?

A little extra length is helpful during assembly, and you can trim the belt later.
