The rest of this thread is for a much older version (not primo). I would suggest opening a new thread.

For trouble shooting this kind of problems I was directed by the guide on the Primo to look for the same kind of problems with the older version. That is what I did.
By the way the primo trunk bearings adjusted as instructed. No problems with those. So I’m of the opinion that the lower part of the clamps for the core X and Y are about 1.5 mm too high and that causes these problems.
This thread isn’t the burly (the previous version) it is 4 years ago. That’s quite a few versions back.
