After some testing, sacrificial bed grinding and squaring, I cut my first humble project on my converted LR2 to LR4. I am very happy with the result. The diagonals are exactly the same. I was ambitious with the inserts leaving 0.3 mm gaps. I fit everything perfectly.
6 mm 1-edged milling cutter.
DOP 4mm
Feed: 1800mm/min
Router dial position between 2 and 3.
