Attribution/credits

Hi,

My question is specifically about attribution:

Do products manufactured using the MPCNC Primo (for example CNC-cut or engraved items) require any attribution or credit to V1 Engineering or the MPCNC project?

Or is attribution required only when redistributing the licensed files, documentation, or modified designs?

Nope. You’re free to make millions of dollars and not have to credit or disclose how. Similar to being a member of any party in congress. But you have to do the work of actually making things :laughing:

Spreading awareness of V1E is nice for the existing and future community members of course.

There’s understandable limitations on how Ryan’s hard work can be used. Preventing individuals/companies profiting from his machine designs. Also protecting Customers from cheap poor quality knock offs that would result in burdening Ryan with excess support requests. Something similar happened to Maslow project.
