Just do a test cut. You have a very large build most of us would not have anything similar. Your link is not working. Start with 3mm deep, 10mm/s 45% stepover. You can go wayyyyyyy up from there IF that works. Milling basics.
A single flute in this case should allow you to go faster/deeper but please do a bunch of test cuts. You need to see how your build behaves.
