I have done nothing with the software, so I’m thinking it’s a wiring issue. Haven’t really changed anything since last used.
I did run the core all the way to X max to measure my true work space. I checked the switches, wires connected and switches make a clicking when checked. Anything else to check?
What are your pulloff values? I have seen that if they are too small, you can run into this issue. I generally don’t go less than 3 mm.
I think it’s normal not being able to jog in an alarm state. You’ll need to clear the alarm first with $X. Then you should be able to jog. I would jog away from the origin a bit and then try homing again.
I like to fold it over at the connection on both sides to make a Z and tape it. That way if you pull on it, it’s more likely to pull it together than apart.
