I recently picked up a 5W laser. It’s obviously only designed for their own products, but it looks like it should be fairly simple to mount on my Primo. Has anyone designed a mount for it yet?

Someone may come along that has a mount for this specific laser. What I have to offer is a basic mount that is the basis for various things I want to attach to my Primo. It is two minimal brackets and a plate. There are mounting holes in the brackets threaded for 6-32 machine screws:
For mounting things, I just add mounting holes to the plate. If you have no CAD experience, you could print it with high infill and drill the holes by hand. In the case of the laser you purchased, you would need to figure out a method to attach the laser slide to the plate. Attached is a ZIP file with both STL files and STEP files for all three parts.

Thanks, that looks like it might just fit the bill perfectly. I’ll have to get one of my printers up and running and print it to verify.
