Cool. That works. If you wanted to try sandify, in the shapes dialog, you can choose “space filler” and I think hilbert is the first choice:
Set the machine size, and in the export dialog add some gcode to get to the start location before dropping Z.

I’ll have to give that a shot. Thanks.
Next challenge is to whip up a mount for my Bosch Colt router. There are some mounts on thingiverse for other routers, but for other purposes…

I was able to print the mount, but I snapped the upper mounting tab when removing the printed support so I did the sensible thing and reprinted the part glued the part together and laminated reinforcing strips to it and added a stout zip tie to relieve strain.

I did the same for the feet but have trouble with the spoil board not staying flat on the door in the middle or a edge in high humidity

Interesting. I haven’t mounted a spoilboars yet so I’ll keep an eye out for that issue. Let me know if you figure anything out.
