Mine is pretty quiet just a small noise from rolling the ball around. And thanks

No fans usually. The noise is determined by the speed that you move. Mine runs at about 15mm/s I think and there is no noise at that speed. Using baking soda there is no noise there either (sand is pretty loud).
I guess the best way to put it is we switched to optical endstops so you would not hear endstops clicking. So it can be silent if you want or a tiny hum if you want to draw faster.

Yes my fridge makes more noise than it does. It’s so hard not to just stare at it lol.
