Just spent a day or so making this for my wife so that she can display cosmetic products at local events. I designed the parts in Blender and then exported the models to EstlCAM. Used my MPCNC Primo to cut 4mm polycarbonate sheet and 18mm pine wood. Very happy with the results:-)

Re:- Polycarbonate: No flame polish, just a bit of filing off tabs and a few burrs around the edges. 50mm/s feedrate, 0.25mm depth per pass and 3.18mm end mill.
