3/4" schedule 40 steel pipe

3/4" schedule 40 black steel measures 1.05" od. Will this pipe work with the 25.4mm (1") version. I have fifty 50 pices and would like to use this pipe. Thanks

Nope. It is too big.

I was going to say maybe sanding off the paint would be enough, but that would just like 1.04" so nah.

If you could turn them down on a lathe. But if you had a lathe or access you probably would have thought of that.
