Hey all!
It has ben a while since I posted anything here or worked with my mpcnc for that matter.
Last weekend I decided to turn it on and see if there is anything I need to fix or adjust before trying to make something. When I first started it up everything was going well X & Y homed perfectly. I tried the Z, but had the connection backwards, and when the tool touched the touch plate the board killed power… Sort of, it still had the blue backlight on the screen. After this oops I reset everything and all seemed well, except for when trying to home the Y one of the motors does not move. However, It will move when jogging the Y axis.
I’m not sure what the issue could be and I’m really hoping i didn’t fry something on the board. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any troubleshooting suggestions?
Check the wiring for the endstop for that motor. If you run M119 from the terminal you’ll see that one show up triggered. Once you get your wiring straightened out it will work just fine.

Yeah! I ended up disconnecting all the Y connections and reconnecting them. Everything is good after that. Thanks for the suggestion!
