So the problem remains with that socket if you swap the driver, ot the motor?

I’d get a magnifying glass and check the solder points for the socket.

What am I looking for except missing solder or gaps?

I might even use a heat gun to reflow the solder a little, just to be sure.

I don’t think my heat gun can go that high.
