I use the FluidNC web interface and I don’t have any major problems. It works perfectly.
But there is one thing that annoys me every time: when I upload files to the SD card, I have to do it one file at a time.
Isn’t there a way to upload multiple files at once?
Are you using EstlCam or something else to create the gcode files you want to bulk upload?
I’ll have a look at the multi-upload thing in the WebUI-3 interface. I need to make a change there soon anyway.
Starting in FluidNC v4, there will be the possibility to connect directly to your board using WebDAV and manage files directly like a network drive
It is not yet recommended to move the v4.0.0 yet, though.

That is WebUI-2
The FluidNC developers maintain that interface.
Request for changes there will need to be made at that Github repo, or on the FluidNC Discord

Probably worth updating to FluidNC v3.9.9 and WebUI V3 if you want @Michael_Melancon changes to help you. Probably easier than getting them to change it in WebUI V2 as well.
