Watch a lot of videos, typically you will use the two pin method. Meaning mill side one and that will include 2 holes on the center line into the spoil board that you will insert pins(dowels) and that lets you match side two when you flip it.
Winston is using Fusion, but the same thing applies to estlcam, or any cam really.
