SKR Pro v1.2 Not Detecting Y1/Z1 with single Y Endstop

The title says it all. I’ve built an LR4 with a single y-endstop configuration, and for some reason half the Y/Z motors don’t recognize as Y/Z motors. I flashed it using the appropriate firmware (V1CNC_SkrPro_2209_2.1.1), but that did not fix the issue. I did flash it with the dual endstop firmware (V1CNC_SkrPro_DualLR_2.1.1) and with that firmware it did recognize both Y and Z motors, but I really don’t want to dismantle the entire build to add a second endstop unless necessary.

Based off the DualLR firmware working, I don’t think it’s a wiring issue. Any ideas?

I believe that the dual firmware requires dual end stops on Y and Z. The DualLR stop configurations were developed to enable auto-squaring on the low rider, for which having an end stop switch for each motor was a prerequisite.
