Silly enclosure mistakes… Sketchy ones too

Wow. That’s awesome! I would think you would lose prints on the drive time with it cooling down!

I did have one kind of do that it was a tpu accordion piece for a swivel joint protector.

Sorry Doug I didn’t mean to be rude.
One of these days I will get a nice setup like yours.
What other wild stuff you working on.

No problem, you were not rude.

I spent a few minutes looking into possibly running “free range” Klipper on the Flashforge AD5M. I’m thinking it probably already has Klipper on the main board, and just some reskinned GUI on the LCD. I’m OK with leaving as is for now. Kind of watching for someone to come out with a tutorial.

If you are interested in portable printers, check out Positron and its derivatives (such as Positron LT and JourneyMaker).

(180 mm)^3 print volume, prints at 250 mm/s, folds in 90 seconds to fit in a filament box.

Your car does not count as an enclosure, though technically it might be. :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh, it’s a nice a enclosure Doug, but get a load of these…

At first glance you probably would guess them to be factory built because of the precision, but I actually built them in my basement!
