Rail alternatives

I am wishing to use DOM steel tubing for the rails.

This can be purchased in 1.25 inch OD with a .065 wall thickness. This corresponds to 31.75 mm OD and 1.65 mm wall thickness. Will the printed parts for 32 mm OD work?

Of course these can be purchased in 1 inch OD as well. Alternatively, has anyone made models for 25 mm or 31.75 mm OD?

I noticed the 31.75mm tube is available with a 1.60mm wall also, so 31.75mm x 1.60mm it is. Almost perfect!

The pipe I got was marked as 31.75OD or 1 1/4 inch I think and it’s a snug fit in the 32mm parts.

I used tube this suze, and it worked for me, though there are a few places where it is noticeably looser than other V1 parts are. I believe that this is workable, but bewaee rhe tendancy to overtighten things
