What gauge wire is included in the hardware kit? Maybe 22 or 26awg?

Not a definitive answer, but the shielded cable and endstop extension wire sold in the V1 shop is 22 gauge, so I expect this wiring to be the same.
Any particular reason you’re asking? For the steppers, the drivers are constant-current so wire size doesn’t have any effect at cutting speeds.
Thanks for the replies. I assumed it was 22-26 awg
Reason being, I want to make sure I ordered the right connectors to use. I want to make the wiring easy to disconnect … just personal preference… no crucial reason. I am always tinkering so having a connector makes that easier to do.
