So doing some speeds and feeds test cuts but they are all coming out with odd cutouts and off square.

This looks like a mechanical issue that is causing you to lose steps. Loose grub screws on the pullies is the most common reason I see for this kind of problem. I believe there was a belt issue that caused something like this and was traced to using steel reinforced belts (which break on the MPCNC). Less likely are some sort of clearance issue causing an axis to be held up, stepper drivers overheating, and pushing a dull bit too fast with too large of DOC.
Ya Im thinking it was a loose misaligned grub screw fixed that but now can’t get anything to work it’s giving me the no printer attached message.
