Good evening! I’m starting a new build in Knoxville TN. I’m a new father and hobby woodworker/DIY-er looking to automate some aspects of my projects to compensate for the drop in free time. I’m also interested in making woodworking templates and jigs and other useful things for the house/shop.
My plan is to use my existing outfeed table (shown below) which already has t-tracks installed as a work surface. I picked up some miter bars/slots from Powertec and plan to rout out some new channels so my LR4 rails can slide in from the long sides of the table but be removed when I want to use the table saw or t-tracks for glue-ups. The table saw fence can be removed, allowing the table saw to support material in the opening. It’s going to take a while but I’ll try to post updates/questions here when I have something interesting to share. Looking forward to engaging with everyone here!

That’s not how this works. It’s going to eat up so much more time. I have often been in the shop until 3 in the night when I had work the next day because I just wanted to get this one thing resolved… 
There are also so many things to learn and you still have to be close to the machine all the time. 
Question about power supply:
I am on the step to set up my power supply and noticed the supply ends in a round jack, however the Jackpot3 controller has two plug-in inputs. Am I missing an adapter for this connection? OR do I need to cut the end to length and splice into the connector?
Yeah cut and strip the ends.
Main assembly is complete minus the vacuum hose. Do any of you have tips for a good fit on the plastic shroud? My Rigid 2.5” male connector doesn’t fit right.
Time to figure out how to attach it to my workbench!
See if it works with the connector unscrew from the hose, if not, there should be a few adapters that you can print from any of the print file sites.
I had a short female-female coupler and just ended up hot gluing it around the circumference for the time being. Feels pretty solid for now and I can always try epoxy if this joint fails.
