AI Generated GCODE Software

My boss wants me to look into software options to automate the CNC program creation using AI. Has anyone seen anything that has that kind of capability? We recently lost our head programmer/machinist and I think my boss is trying to find a way to work with less or hire a lower skilled operator instead of an equivalently skilled programmer/machinist.
