Pretty cool! Are you using trochoidal milling to do the cuts?

Wow, that is really clever. Wonder if you could make dovetails in a similar way. How do the joints fit? I would think pretty good given the accuracy of the LR4.

They fit perfect. I left .015" of clearance. It took a few tries to figure out the right amount. Iā€™m really happy I made the rails long so they over hange the table.
