Yes Luc, they kept me for arround 30 minutes and I did have the luck to talk and meet all of the officers from the airport!!!
They took away all my drill bits but not the machine.
My concern was that if I send it in my luggage they will loose all the small parts and i wouldn’t be able to complain because i wouldn’t notice it until to late
Jeff, to tell you the truth i did almost all the parts with Tinkercad (I feel ashamed of saying this)
It was a lot of work but we did it!!!
About painting it, it was complicated because of the diferent layers but we use a paint gun for the first hand of paint and a roller for the second one to give a little bit of texture to the MDF
Yes Riley, stressfull 6 weeks and 14 hour days (some days) the norm was 11 to 12 hours
Dreyfus, I will, but now I would like to lern from you guys!! (The Jedi Masters).
I have so much to lern.
I saw “My 1st lowrider mill attempt” and thought ‘wonder what it is…maybe a small box or a knife holder or something’…and then my mind was completely blown.
Wow! I’m booking too Ryan - meet you there!
Jeff how was your carving? Did you finish it?
Thank you Kelly,
It’s going really well, but I am still new so little things always pop up, this time I had the bit too high and it wasn’t going to clear the wood, so I had to restart it. Here’s a video of it running, I’m trying to push it to the limit! https://youtu.be/Qg--ZVNn1TI
Great, thats all we can do. Keep trying!!
Have a great night!
I saw the first picture and though it was pretty cool. Then I saw the second and thought it was a reference picture of the Disney World ride. Only later did I realize that ALL of it was your work. Looks fantastic. Amazing work.
Thank you so much Pebble
This is really fantastic! Great Job!!
