For future reference, +1 on checking local retail locations. I called our local place (Alro Steel) and ended up paying under $70 for 23 ft of 1" .065 stainless, including all the cuts! I even picked up some different types of plastic to try cutting (excited to try delrin) and a nice thick ~3ft polycarbonate panel for an enclosure ($8!!). Compared to the online quotes I was seeing of ~$200, it was unbelievable. They even had to get it from a warehouse, but it was ready within 2 days.
Honestly, there’s no way I could have afforded stainless otherwise!
