Hope this mail finds you well.

I came across your website via YouTube videos and I would like to build a mostly printed CNC myself.
It is quite amazing.

I have a few questions:

  1. what is the difference between MPCNC & MPCNC BURLY?
  2. what is the maximum bed size?
  3. can i build a bed 1200x800mm and a travel distance of 200mm on Z?
  4. if yes, i guess i need the more power full steppers and corresponding control board. Could you please recommend what would be most suited?

Burly, is the “codename” for the current iteration of parts.

Bed size depends on your intended use. I have a few pages talking about this, “size” “specifications” “FAQ”, but really start small to make the learning curve easier.

3-Not if you want to use it for anything other than foam.

4-Nope, size has nothing to do with power.
