I’m on the opposite coast, but perhaps you could describe what is wrong with it.
Usually the LR3 (and all V1E machines) require a little bit of hands on ability, and if the owner/operator has that, they can usually fix and configure things themselves,
Everyone here is more than happy to walk you through whatever problems you might be having.
Please include the type of controller in your description. That will help us to troubleshoot and provide accurate guidance. Pictures help.
And welcome to the forum!
Hey thanks, its running on the FLUID NC firmware and ESP32. This machine has been touched by so many hands that I have finally been chosen to get it working. When FluidNC opens up I am able to move left, right, front, back. To be completely transparent I am new to this and trying to teach myself and read into things about it as I go. Having issues with setting the home destination, as well as the x/y limits. The end stops work when they want to. I have traced the wiring from all of the steppers and there are no frays or rips in them. I did replace one of the steppers and the functionality is better. I am running around today on the road but I will try to be as responsive as I can and any other issues I will post. Thanks gents!

That’s a Jackpot controller. There’s lots of users that can assist you with that. Unfortunately I’m not one of them (I run SKR Pro v1.2 and Marlin firmware on mine). I can help you with general issues that aren’t specific to the Jackpot.
That is excellent news. That eliminates about 95% of potential issues.
One thing to be aware of is that the endstop switches only work during Homing commands. If you manually move the machine against the switches, they do not do anything. The machine will simply move up against the physical stops (possibly past the switches themselves) and start to make some noise (skipping steps). This won’t hurt the machine, but you will need to re-home that axis afterwards.
For the Jackpot, I believe that there is a set of Homing icons on the FluidNC user screen. What happens when you click those icons?
It will move until the machine hits the physical endstops. I think that you can set logical limits for XMax and YMax in the config.yaml file. I’ll let someone else get into that.
