Rub’n’buff antique gold wax
Came out nice I think.
For the curious for whom a 6 sided puzzle box just isn’t enough.
That’s a very nice object, I absolutely don’t know what it does, but I kinda want one, which is probably a good sign 
I also really like the mix of cnc-ed parts and 3d printed parts, nice conception
One small thing though, I find the small see-through gap between panels a bit disturbing, maybe some full-lenght 3d printed connectors spanning along the edges would hide this gap?

I went to do some more lasering today and was struggling to get through 3mm ply with previously good settings.
I think I see the problem
Someone needs more air assist!
To be fair I definitely had it on for the cuts but think I might have it off for the engraves. 2 minutes with cue tips and acetone and we’re back in business.
