Ramps has 5 drivers. The RAMBO also has replacable fuses, a better 5V power supply, and my favorite… digipots! I haven’t adjusted a drv8825’s current with those little screws in a few years, I don’t miss it.

I like the D-bot, but I have to admit the original design as far as the bed was concerned, was cumbersome and I was always having to relevel the bed. So I added a piece of aluminum angle channel to the back and fitted it with 16mm rails and a couple linear bearings. Then I added a second lead screw upfront, both are ran on the same stepper motor with a belt connecting the two. I mainly went with it because at the time it was one if the better designs on Thingiverse with a 300mm build space. As of right now my prints are excellent, I only print in PLA and PETG. Here is a shot of the rails, and a knuckle duster I printed up at 95% infill.
