Jackpot3 gpio 27 connection migration from Jackpot

Hi,

On the Jackpot I used to have my laser wired as below on gpio 27:

Where on the jackpot3 should the black and yellow wire go? On the image below I see where the gpio27 is. Should it go on the 5V row with yellow on + and black on -?
