You can actually send gcode over telnet to it. But I don’t imagine you would unless you had a non critical task (like a plotter or a jog controller).

yeah thats why i never do it. Some people do this with 3d printing and wonder why they have issues with prints. I always use an sd card.
so it looks like ill use the wifi for somethings and just machine from the sdcard
