Initial 300mm build completed from DaVinci 1.0 printer

Just completed my first MPCNC build!

  • 300mm work area (may enlarge later)
  • All parts printed on DaVinci 1.0 in ABS
  • Dewalt DW660
  • Stepper motors wired with CAT5 STP (not ideal, but it’s all I had)

Using ABS made everything go together fairly tight, but everything is very solid. The only issue I had was the typical Z-axis grinding which was resolved with some white lithium grease on the threaded rod.
