2 weeks ago i bougth the “MPCNC 525” set from this guy. It will arrive in a few day´s.
I thougth he is a allowed seller of the parts.

There you can find his Name and full Address. And the Website is still online. I’m a German Speaker too and I read the item description on eBay. He’s saying that you can get the parts cheaper on the website. I don’t even think that this is allowed by eBay.
For my understanding he thinks it’s ok, because it’s a “complete redesign” [von Grund auf neu designt] and he changed the name to BDCNC. It’s obviously the same design with some upgrades stolen from thingiverse. But he is also saying in the first sentence, that it’s based on the MPCNC.
