The warning you are getting is F360 comparing your selections to your machine definition. I haven’t tried it but I think if you define a milling machine and a cutting machine and select the correct one in the Setup then this error will go away. The PP doesn’t look at these details.

Yes the common.HD files is not needed. Having just the mpcnc.cps file allows the Manage->post to work to install the PP and not create an error. Resolves for many people the hardest part, loading the PP.
