Yea, that’s a class 10 UHS-I card and is unlikely to work.
Ok, then I will try another one!
Found myself wanting the web installer to allow for multiple versions, including preview versions, while also planning support for additional hardware. Still a work in progress.
Elecrow says it can’t be detected programmatically. Even though I said I didn’t want to, I think I’m going to make a third build version to include this for which the web installer update is shown above. Then I might draw a line in the sand on older hardware versions. I’m not really a fan of implementing something for hardware I don’t have.
Ooh, I just found that they have a step file for the advance anyway including the case. That case is in 3 layers. Could be convenient to make one or more custom layers such as a thicker middle layer to allow for a bigger battery or the back layer to hide unused ports.

Thanks for your work on this pendant Jason. It really tidies up my Low Rider workflow. Before now I had a bulky laptop that I used to connect to the Jackpot board. The laptop never really had a good spot to sit and using the mouse on sawdust covered panels worked ok but I have been looking for a better way for a while.
One question I have. My cut files are created using ESTLcam on a desktop computer upstairs without wifi. I then use a USB stick to carry the *.nc file downstairs to the Low Rider and my laptop. Again it works but a bit cumbersome.
Could I load my *.nc cutfiles from the desktop computer onto the Pendant via the USB cable. I have the Elecrow 7” Advance display recommended. It currently doesn’t have a mini SD card fitted but I perhaps I need one to do the file transfer?
I have seen cut files can be uploaded from the Pendant onto the Jackpot board.
Again thanks for making this controller available. I would like to buy you a coffee.
Cheers Andrew
You would need to copy the files onto a micro SD card and put it in the pendant. Then on the pendant you can upload the file to the FluidNC SD card and run it from there.
I may look into the ability to upload the file to the pendant SD over USB so you don’t need to move the card around.
WOW Jason, you thought of everything!
I love the colours and clean UI. It is very well organised. You did all that since October??
Thank you for sharing this, and making it easy with a good readme and web installer.
Yea, between some AI help and hyperfixation, it came together much faster than expected.
For my workflow this would be a great feature as I wouldn’t need to use the laptop at all in the process.
Cheers Jason
Received the screen this week and had time to install yesterday evening. Just tested with my LR4. Works like a charm. The screen is flickering but I see that on github there is already an issue open. Thanks a lot for putting this together
I can confirm. Same for me (also the flickering). Really good job @jeyeager. Thank you so much.
Found this enclosure on printables:
Something similar with the option to mount it with magnets on the machine would be really nice.
Looks awesome. A good step by step tutorial would be great

I mean I have a 20 minute video about it and a web installer. I’m not sure how much easier I can make this.
That is a great find. I love that they add room for a larger battery with a power switch. A custom case is on my list but that will probably be awhile.
Didn’t knew
The web installer is under construction at the moment and not working correctly. I’m adding multiple version (and preview build) support so I can have people try fixes before they become part of a normal release. It will be fixed soon.
Ok, now I’m all set to fix things and allow people to try things before a full release. That was a project but I think it will be well worthwhile.
Defaults to latest stable (1.0.1 currently) and allows me to specify which versions work with which hardware.
Continually knocking it out of the park. Awesome.
Jason, could you point what version/options of the elecrow advanced screen to get? Would like it to work wireless as my tablets works.
Im going to try this to see wich is vetter to use (vs the cyd pendant i got from Britt)
