Well @robertbu and @jeffeb3, I can’t tell you how much I appreciative your help and patience! Again this forum is awesome and so functionally efficient.

All homing commands including the Z Min probe work perfectly from the LCD menus! It must have been some weirdness being thrown from Repetier-Host.

So I guess this can end this request and I will either post into related threads or open new posts for thoughts or questions where I can’t find an existing and related topic. Thanks so much!

Another way to home from Repetier-Host is to author g-code and attach that g-code to the custom buttons. That way you will know exactly what is getting executed. I’m still puzzled by how Repetier-Host is messing up.
