I want to try finally using the V1 drag knife. I bought it for my Primo but never got around to it.
Very solid and slick design.
Interesting construction but I was surprise there is a spring load but only downward.
I did a forum search and found some info but any tips (no pun intended) on how to use? I saw the youtube in the Shop but curious on how to start. Does it damage glass if I use a plate glass sheet I have?
I was going to adapt to my rubber band spring holder and try it.

You can adjust the maximum that the blade extends put of the tip. I use mine mostly for vinyl, cutting the vinyl but not the paper backing. I have also used it to cut card stock, paper and plastic film.
Cutting through, I would not use it on glass. I use a cutting mat when cutting through, but have used glass for vinyl cutting.
