Correct. I do have a rambo and mini rambo hanging case I use for the Primo that I use. If you want something to set on a table the LR3 box would work.
If those will fit this board that might work. Currently I have the SKR hanging on the side of the bench in the box from the V4 lol. It really does look good. Any chance that one is parametric??? I didn’t even think to look and see.

No sir!!! I tried it briefly before but since I didn’t have any boards to spare I didn’t push it. Today I went for it before I realized it was backwards, no issues, all ports work.

I have a windows 10 tablet i use in the shop will it connect without problems to USB for gcode sender?

I think Wifi would be a better option, but yes I have used windows 10 and 11 over usb.

You could always add that cool signature to the silk screening. Of course, it is not the same as a real handwritten signature. I have been enjoying reading this thread as this board has developed.

That’s pretty neat and kinda mirrors how it is to design with some of the more interesting substrates out there like aluminium or solid teflon etc.
Without a way to do easy and reliable layer transitions then it’ll never be suitable for anything other than relatively simple circuits as shown there, though.
It should still be possible to either rivet or plate through-holes with glass.
Fundamentally, the issue is that in a good design, there should be a bunch of copper planes around for EMC and signal integrity purposes, so the effect of the glass itself would be somewhat diminished.
An edge-lit board with the light coming out between traces sounds epic, though.
