Cnc Lowering down

I have my LR just plunging down whenever I turn the main power off - is there anyway of putting like an anti backlash on the z axis to help and if anyone has done this. thanks .

That is normal for the lowrider when powered off. I printed a set of supports that I place on each side before posting the machine down.
