Base squaring instructions are incorrect

Yes that would address it, sounds good.

I first did the Primo build on a piece of scrap plywood but once I finished and was so amazed I felt it deserved a proper table.

At the time (Jan 2020) we were all locked down so I really was loving the build in my basement. I started to call it “My Precious” ala Gollum voice and all. My wife heard me from upstairs and went on to inform me that that was CREEPY so I stopped. Happy wife happy life

Anyway I spent way to long squaring it up and dreaded that part of the build. So I decided to try the drilled stick/battens approached and it was literally able to do blindfolded.

I found this part to be the most frustrating. Part of the frustration was around the feet, yeah they have slotted holes but they all point to the center and don’t offer as much adjustment as I was thinking.

If I were to do it again I’d try @CABix 's method or lay out the centers of the leg tubes on the table, drill a hole (10mm?), then print out some positioning pins to fit the hole and the inside of the tubes.

Clamping these on the outside edges of the legs worked well for me to keep the feet in position as they were locked between the wooden spacers and the clamps, everything was guaranteed to be perfectly square before adding any screws if the feet touched the spacers and the diagonals matched.
