I used to run a buffet, and occasionally we’d send a new guy to the grocery store to find a “dough patch kit” for the pizzas. Always good fun. I’d also send somebody to mop the freezer. That right THERE was hilarious. Right up until one of them got frustrated and dragged out the hot-water hose and flooded it down for me. Froze all the boxes on the bottom shelves TO the shelves.
I actually did have to mop the freezer, bi-weekly! Yup it sounds dumb but can be done. I just told my neighbor about this thread and that I had to mop a freezer…the new guys thought I was messing with them, after the dehydrated water stuff they were on high alert, so I had to show them how to do it.
