I’d imagine that if pulled off well the aluminum extrusion method would be a great option. However, I enjoy 3D printing as a hobby and am trying to keep the “P” in MPCNC as much as possible. No shade to those who decide to do it though. Just not for me. Plus I’m a (novice) woodworker. Not a machinist.
