2.5" flex hose -> "To tray, or not to tray, that is the question" (discussion on constraining/supporting floppy hose)

I’m not quite imagining what’s going on (how the hose could reach around to touch the endstop) but my semi flaccid hose droops down to the floor and didn’t interfere with the belts thanks to Ryan’s “hose bump.” The woodcraft hose I got is 25’ long and fairly floppy, but not as rigid as my shop vac hose. I think the setup I have now will work. The “drop” connection to the flex hose is about 3" above the side edge of the middle of the table. The flex hose is draped from there to the gantry, in what is and will always be pretty close to being a weighted catenary curve, no matter where the gantry is positioned. I adjusted the twist so it’s about evenly distributed “either way” when the two extremes along the axis are compared.
